New ReviewerContacted them and they returned my purchase price. However I am still trying to heal the burns on my legs.
Yes they acknowledged my "skin sensitivity" but I still have patches of skin severely irritated and I am so uncomfortable. It's the summer and I want my legs out but I have these huge unsightly marks now that will take so long to heal. Take this product off the shelves or clearly note on the bottle that severe chemical burns can happen as well. Buyer beware: they say do a patch test, do it in different areas.
If your skin is too dry this will happen. I did not have any open skin or cuts but this still happened to me.
Reason of review: Chemical burns from product.
Monetary Loss: $9.
Preferred solution: Give an additional warning to consumers that chemical burns are a side effect of the product.

I just got a chemical burn on my face from using their product! It was not dry nor normally sensitive area! It is a chemical burn and had no idea you could get this from wax products.
